Our Goals

  1. Assure the student understands the reason the King James Bible is our final authority in doctrine and practice through manuscript evidence and practical application.
  2. Strengthen the student’s foundations in the Biblical and historical evidence for Baptist Doctrine.
  3. Prepare the student spiritually, mentally, experientially, doctrinally to successfully serve as a bi-vocational pastor.
  4. Aid the student in the selection and development of a personal ministry, which will be implemented during their time as a student, providing real experience in the mechanisms relating to the ministry.
  5. Develop the student’s pulpit ministry through classroom instruction, pulpit time, and coaching.
  6. Instruct the student how to prepare and teach biblical truths using various mediums, provide opportunities and coaching to assure effective delivery.
  7. Involve the student in the intricacies of administration and pastoral duties of a Baptist church.
  8. Present opportunities and actively promote students to develop camaraderie to provide each other with accountability and support throughout their ministries.
  9. Help the student identify personal traits that could lead to ministry burnout and failure, providing the individual student with Biblical counsel to overcome potential risks.
  10. Aid the student in placement as a youth, associate, or senior pastor role upon successful completion of the four-year program
